As a way of giving back to the New York community, Aboveground Systems LLC is proud to announce that MetroBalance is ready to be downloaded from the Apple iTunes App Store.

MetroBalance is a FREE app that calculates how much you need to put into your MetroCard to have no balance at the end of its use. Great for the NYC commuter, and for tourists and visitors that come to New York, this app will take into account the bonus given for adding more than $8 dollars to your card, and will let you know exactly how much to put into your card, to use it all up.

We have tweaked it to allow up to 2 cents of waste, to be able to maximize the usage of the card, while keeping wasted money at a minimum.
